OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a complex aerospace manufacturing program focused on the development, qualification, production, and delivery of aircraft interior products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and business stakeholders to drive program execution, manage risks, monitor performance, and help ensure successful delivery against customer commitments.
This is a fully onsite position located in Everett, Washington.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support program execution across all phases of the product lifecycle, from development and testing through production and customer delivery.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and other functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor program schedules, performance metrics, and key deliverables to ensure commitments are met.
- Support program reviews, customer meetings, decision reviews, and internal management reviews.
- Prepare, update, and maintain program documentation in accordance with contractual and business requirements.
- Lead risk and opportunity management activities and provide guidance to program team members.
- Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and program performance tracking.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to manage priorities and support on-time deliveries.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Represent customer requirements and expectations to internal stakeholders.
- Create and deliver concise, professional presentations and status reports for leadership and customers.
Requirements Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related experience.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with risk management, opportunity management, and program performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and program metrics.
- Experience supporting or leading development programs and transitioning products into production.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous people leadership or team management experience.
- Experience working within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience managing OEM development or production programs.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience supporting production, operations, and supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment.
