The Data Migration Lead will lead the planning and execution of a large-scale migration from legacy systems to a modern Azure and Power Platform solution. This role ensures business-critical data is analyzed, mapped, transformed, validated, and migrated while maintaining data quality, integrity, and usability throughout the effort. The Lead will work with client stakeholders and technical teams to understand legacy applications, data structures, business processes, and operational requirements.
