Mark Hess of PricewaterhouseCoopers says he likes how the tech talent on Dice is segregated into groups. It makes it really easy for them to find candidates with different skill sets. He’s been very appreciative of the tech-specific talent pool on Dice as compared to some of the larger job recruiting sites that are less focused. After posting on Dice for the more competitive positions in today’s tech market, he’s learned to pinpoint job descriptions a little more accurately for more effective hiring.
