We are looking for a helpdesk resource. This person will be responsible for initial troubleshooting of an issue and must be able to thoroughly document their work in the ticketing system (they currently use HEAT). This person will see a wide variety of issues each day and should know basics like basic networking, troubleshooting a laptop or laser printer, troubleshooting browser issues, performing password resets etc. At the start of the contract, consultants will participate in a 2-week classro
