At Dice, we know that a great tech candidate in Wyoming who is unwilling to move won’t help you fill a job that is located in another part of the country. So we’ve made it easy to search for candidates outside of your geographic area who are willing to relocate to your local area. Here’s how:
- After logging in to Dice, select Post Jobs Find Candidates from the navigation menu at the top of the page.
- Then click Candidate Search from the drop down menu.
- Look for the check boxes under Location Options.
- Check box (A) to narrow your resume search to only those candidates who have indicated they are interested in relocating to specific states or provinces that you select in column (B).
- Check box (C) to narrow your resume search to only those candidates who are open to hearing about all relocation opportunities.
